The Whitehouse Apartments is an iconic residential conversion on London's South Bank

Clad in Portland Stone and converted from part of the Shell Centre complex, it is now home to 373 apartments together with private swimming pool, fitness centre, secure parking and communal gardens.

The Whitehouse Apartments are situated in the heart of the fashionable South Bank, and within a short walk across the Thames to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and Theatre land.

Positioned in between The Royal Festival Hall, The Imax, and Waterloo Station the list of neighbours are second to none. In addition to the cultural delights of the South Bank Centre, which includes The Royal Festival Hall, The Hayward Gallery, TheBritish Film Institute and The Queen Elizabeth Hall.

We are also very close to The London Eye, The National Theatre, The Houses of Parliament, The London Aquarium together with numerous restaurants and hotels. Walk along the embankment to the East and The Globe Theatre, The Tate Modern, and the renowned Borough Market are all within walking distance. In addition to Waterloo Station, Charing Cross Station and Embankment Underground Station are a short walk away across Hungerford Bridge.

In-house management

The management of the building is unusual in that has its own in house management team reporting to a board of directors who are all apartment owners. This team together with carefully chosen specialist contractors provides cover for every aspect of the management and maintenance of the building.

All of the apartments, ranging from studios to three bedrooms, have granite work tops and integrated appliances in the kitchens, bathrooms with marble finishes, and wooden flooring to reception rooms and hallways. The apartments on the top two floors have terraces and the benefit of comfort cooling in the summer months.
